Sad to inform you that that's not a random character; it's an easter egg character! Ewan is one of our game designers.

I personally prefer 867 because it's less stable than 1066, which means more opportunities to really shake the map up.

I have a pretty good idea. Some of the speculation on it has been impressive, though.

Are one of you running with debug mode enabled?

Greetings!

We’re all back, gathered from the holidays, and ready to set sail for 2023! Actually, most of us have been back for a few weeks by this point, working away on this year's big release, but we're not going to be talking about that just yet. That's not to say we're not going to in the future, but until we are ready to, we want to give you something to dig your teeth into as a community. This is the first of a small series of Dev Diaries about some more minor things, teasers, and today, about a brand-new community initiative!

But first, here’s a small teaser of something coming in the expansion:

Your mod was removed because it was thinly-veiled homophobia posted in bad faith, as evidenced by the stock photos and straight pride flags you uploaded as screenshots for it, the comments you left under the mod itself, as well as the "play my superior version!" and similar bait comments you left on pro-LGBTQ+ mods.

As long as you all have the same checksum, you should be able to play together regardless of operating system or storefront.

Hello, your post was removed by a moderator from Valve, not one of us.

In any case, there's nothing productive to be gained from this thread so we'll be locking it. Please quit spamming threads about this subject.

That's it, now you get it. :)

Paradox doesn't read any threads here at all... and doesn't care about the community's opinions either.

Have fun with CK III ^^

We actually do read the Steam forums pretty regularly, and community input has a great deal of influence on the game's development.

As mentioned previously, please be civil and respectful to each other. You're more than welcome to disagree with folks and argue your points, but don't be rude about it.

We actually covered this topic in DD #109 - Floor Plan for the Future[forum.paradoxplaza.com]!

In short, it's something want to cover eventually, but we were unhappy with how they were implemented in CK2 so we'd like to create a new system built more around the character interactions in CK3.

I move to another counties, same result. After some time on x5 speed and moving my army around it can raid him again. What's going on? I don't want to waste years of life and army supplies idling on enemy terrirory where I could take loot and go sack forward or start a war.

After winning a battle with hostile raiders, a temporary truce is put in place to prevent them from coming right back to harass your lands again. Truces are not unilateral in our current system however, so unfortunately it means you can't attack their lands either until the truce expires.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.

Marrying daughters matrilineally to people with claims, then pressing those claims to give them to your new son-in-law, is a good way to bring extra titles under your dynasty's control.
