Phreak explained it during the cast in the early/mid game. Basically said that Trinity offers more damage and is good for adcs as they can make good use of the attack speed. Ezreal doesn't benefit much from sunderer's healing as his damage is primarily dealt from long range, where he doesn't collect much damage that he needs to heal.

Yeah that's pretty accurate.
Trinity Force is better in most games because it usually deals much more damage, which is your role on the team. If you really, really need the extra health and sustain then there's a case for Divine Sunderer, but it should not be your default option.
The same is true for Gangplank. There can be games where you need to play him as a tankier bruiser, but if you're picking Gangplank to play that role you're already sprinting it.
Did Revenge hit only 1 Ornn ult the entire game???
Yeah he hit in the 1v1 against Renekton at like level 7 to disengage near TSM's top outer.

He’s so good. Did you see Blaber’s game today? He ulted 3 times for a flash and 2 kills between dragon spawns and had it back up again for the dragon fight.
Just play really greedy and take 1v1s for free kills.

Azael is a fill main though it seems he trends toward top. Pastry is a mid laner. Raz is I believe mid as well but I could be wrong. Hai is a mid laner. Kaizen is a jungler. Dash is jungle/top. I’m not sure about Emily or LeTigress. Crumbz is a jungler. I’m sure I’m forgetting some people but MarkZ doesn’t matter.

I would bet on Morgana, Q has long CD so I assume is the main clue here, you could start a fight with all of your abilities Q, W, E, Flash, Ignite, R, Zhonya and there is a case for E being situational.

Hmm, Morgana could absolutely use that combat pattern I suppose but I think what I'm suggesting in the OP is pretty much the only combo you can use and that doesn't hold for Morgana.

That one's pretty solid. To talk it down would be splitting hairs that I've already smoothed over when describing the champion initially. Not the champion I was thinking of, but he fits the description.
Master Yi or Diana?
Diana is a solid option but often you'd be playing around E resets and so the combat pattern isn't often that. She also wouldn't mash all her actives (i.e. Zhonya's) at the start of every fight.
Master Yi would almost work, but there are a couple of small things that miss: Yi doesn't typically build any active items and he wouldn't W at the start of the fight (though the timing is debatable; it could be an auto-attack reset after one auto and would fit the description)
