Hiya! We always read threads like this, but sometimes we don't comment heavily when it's on a very subjective topic like Season Rewards.

We don't have any changes planned for these rewards, but we are going to incorporate some of the feedback we've seen into plans for future SRs. I think seeing them in-game will help a lot once they're released next week. :)

I would start a ticket with us about this on support.rocketleague.com. They can see if nothing was awarded, or if you just didn't get a notification for some reason.

Keys will still be sold while the Crate system remains in-game. After the Crate system is removed, the value of any remaining keys in a player’s inventory will be honored. We’ll have more information in the coming months.

IIUC, this occurs when playing on the same platform as the other player, you would need to send a friend request through the platform's friend system.

  2. Code "xxxxxx" was invalid. Please ensure the code you entered was correct. I can confirm I've tried it as one line with lowercase letters, one line with uppercase letters and broken up with hyphens and uppercase letters (just as it appears in the email)

  3. Ticket was purchased directly through TM

Assuming this is on Steam, were you manually typing the code in, or did you copy-pasta the code?

I don't think it's widespread. Codes are rolling out in waves, so if you haven't gotten yours yet, please be patient. Start a ticket if you don't see codes by the end of the day.

If you get an email with codes and the quantity doesn't line up, then you should also start a ticket.

EDIT: Seeing more and more folks with this issue as the day rolls on, so be sure to contact us after you receive the email with your code(s) if there are any discrepancies.
