Hiya! We always read threads like this, but sometimes we don't comment heavily when it's on a very subjective topic like Season Rewards.
We don't have any changes planned for these rewards, but we are going to incorporate some of the feedback we've seen into plans for future SRs. I think seeing them in-game will help a lot once they're released next week. :)

Keys will still be sold while the Crate system remains in-game. After the Crate system is removed, the value of any remaining keys in a player’s inventory will be honored. We’ll have more information in the coming months.

Because if you didn't submit a ticket, we 1) wouldn't have an efficient way of knowing you didn't receive the right number of codes, and 2) we wouldn't be able to send you additional item codes.

Code "xxxxxx" was invalid. Please ensure the code you entered was correct. I can confirm I've tried it as one line with lowercase letters, one line with uppercase letters and broken up with hyphens and uppercase letters (just as it appears in the email)
