There are known crashes with Kill Replays in Mixtape. We've temporarily removed them while a fix is in progress. Let us know if you keep seeing these in the meantime.

Why do AMAs always make these posts like a day before the person doing the AMA comments? It’s the 27th and they are responding on the 28th. It’s kinda stupid to let this fill up with comments and then have them respond instead of responding in real time.
TLDR: in our experience posting early and collecting questions ahead of time allows us to answer more questions.
Im unable to send free gifts for the flatline tracker . And my 2 way verification is set up, I did all that. But I still can’t send. Can you look into it ?

EA Play Charms won't appear on Steam. If you're on a separate platform and they're missing, reach out via EA Answers HQ to see if they can get restored.

Is it just in Mixtape? There's a bug atm for crashing during Mixtape with Kill Cams right now. Fix is in progress.
Any chance you can look at the plethora of other cases too? The community has made this concern known since it launched. Even sending EA all the required info and it's still ignored.
Anything billing related, EA Support is still your best bet since accounts/payment goes through them. If folks have case numbers, drop me a chat with them and I can try to poke 'em.
