Hey @puxflacet your concern regarding appropriate usage of game symbols is very understandable not to mention controversial. There are a number of factors we have to take into consideration when deciding what is and is not appropriate for usage not only in game but for promotional purposes. Some of these can include laws, overall sentiment, and political sensitivity.

Unfortunately this topic moves a bit too far into the discussion of politics so we need to close it to ensure no further moderation is necessary. If you have concerns about this topic please do feel free to PM me, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Due to a disruption in the scheduled Clan Battles session last weekend during the EU server prime-time, we are adding 1 additional day of Clan battles for all regions on 5/21/19.

Hey @Dan_nukacola in terms of "stealth nerfs" these do not happen. There shouldn't be undocumented changes made from an update, however from time to time there is one that slips through. We of course own these and communicate them immediately.

No changes have been made to the Hidenburg recently so rest assured it's performing as it has been.

We've seen a variety of skill shown in both co-op and scenarios and we need to find the balance that works for all groups. While you may notice the AI can think a little quicker, the average success rate for co-op is incredibly high. The bots just don't simulate a human or the general skill you'd see in Random. What I'd ask is after we add them on PTS, please try them out and let us know. We'll be able to tell pretty quickly if they are too strong.

We're currently working on re-adding CV bots to co-op in an upcoming update and once those mechanics have been solidified, then the team will discuss changing AI for CVs in scenarios.

Hey Herr_Reitz, it's not uncommon for games of a same company to do cross promotional offerings or targeted promotions (you'll see us doing them with World of Tanks from time to time). This is part of our every day marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The idea behind this isn't for you to abandon PC to play mobile, but if you are a mobile game player (and many of us are) why not enjoy Ships in a different way?

The offer is certainly not for everyone, but giving away a few items is usually required to push people over the edge of installing and trying it out.

Hey Warped, thanks for bringing this up. We do provide Opt ins to ensure folks who are really interested in participating in certain types of events can enjoy them. It also provides us crucial data on the success of these events and allows us to adjust them for future iterations.

It's an interesting idea and we'll certainly pass it along!

We appreciate you sharing your experience on PTS. Again bear in mind this is still subject to further adjustment based on the data and feedback we receive to the change. I would caution however for dispersion that aiming on the outside has the possibility to miss all the bombs entirely so there is a calculated risk in that. Either way please do continue to let us know your thoughts!

Hey Meann, weather effects in port really work outside of the UI issues you may be experiencing when adding players or changing battle mode. These will not require input from the server so should have very little impact on performance at all. Regardless we'll be watching data and feedback from PTS to ensure this is the case.

This is certainly an understandable concern when playing Naval Battles, however there aren't any plans to adjust the "mercy rule" for co-op. We do understand that some of you have worked out pretty elaborate ways to accomplish high scores so please let us know how you do this weekend.

Hey OP, first how many ships do you have in port? Also what resolution are you playing the game on? Finally to confirm you are seeing crashes going to games or back to port or both?

As you can see we've been heavily discussing changing up PTS rewards to ensure everyone feels playing is both meaningful and rewarding. Given that Steel is considered a pretty rare currency, it's unlikely this will be done in the near future but are there other alternatives can you think of?

This is a little bit of a skewed view on how balance works with ships in the game. No one at WG intentionally designs ships that are overpowered and must be balanced later, it costs us time and resources to do so. As many others have mentioned, we are doing overall balance to all CVs, not just premium. These changes are necessary to nudge this entire class in the direction the team believes it needs to go to achieve better balance.

We of course would love everyone's feedback on PT if they are up for it!

What tiers do you experience this at and how often? We're of course very concerned with ensuring there is balance between all classes and that is the premise of these most recent changes we've announced today. Do bear in mind these will go into testing and may come out differently than currently proposed. It's our hope the delay for launch of planes should have mitigate some of the earlier spotting that you are currently experiencing.
