What am i missing? In the ability rundown it says her q applies more bleeding IF they are already bleeding, but no other ability mentions bleeding.

I hope for a wider range of complexity and play styles for champions. Sad to see the the jungler is yet another skirmisher.
I hope for more niche play styles and complex champions like Aphelios, which I consider truly genius design.

Vi doesn't include the E base damage nerf
10-90(+110% AD) >>> 0-60(+120% AD)
Somehow they called Vi buff a nerf. DD last change was reverted - nice. Yas changes are kinda big and also makes him funnier to play , now we cooking. Veigar nerfs are pretty clever, but I think that dynamics ratios on everything gonna feel clunky af. Upd: reply from August, Vi's E base damage was nerfed too(from 10 -90 into 0-60) now it makes sense.

he can't cast it if CC'd himself, it does work on suppression though when used on ally
