The client splash screen when I first started was for Super Galaxy Rumble, and I assumed it was a game mode, not a skin.
I was also confused, but let me tell you, it does work as it doesn't say "PvP only". For most of the people it's bugged. I've completed the triple kill mission vs bots and after a 2-3h delay it disappeared and I got the 2500xp. I finished the rest of the missions as well (except the premade team one), but it didnt show the progress. I've been waiting for like 15 hours.. No customer support response either!
I haven't seen Riot talk about it tho.. or notifying people in the client about the issue.
I'm afraid not. The primary objective only progresses in PVP games. The secondary objective does however progress in Coop vs AI
Yeah it's cool, sadly I got the bug where the item gets stuck in the middle of the screen from your inventory, restarted the game and the item is just gone forever so I can't complete it
We added a way to reset progress to fix this. Should be a button, can't recall where exactly and I'm not at my PC
Im 960k zoe, now im mastery 85 zoe.
As an player with dedication i just wanted something that is hard and time consuming.
I want to get into a game and others be like: he must be good and play years of zoe. Something that is really hard to archive that not every zoe player has.
Hitting 1mil is still the goal and now kinda 100 mastery too. But this is only about play time and not about skill or something similar.
With the game hitting mastery 5 i needed 7 games. 5 wins 2 loses and was mastery 7. So like not even 2 weeks after zoes release.
Something barly realistic and soulless like: Level 8 = 100 s+ Level 9 = 100 games with 40÷ kill partipaction and without death Level 10 = 100 pentas and 100s+ in games you have most dmg and kills.
I want to feel fear when i get into the lobby. But yea, this update is not made for me (and they deleted the 3 stripes from eternals)
Just so you know, the 3 stripes for Eternals are still there, but only show up in modes that can earn you Eternals progress. So no practice tool and no ARENA, for example.
I remember the blitzcrank mobile game. It was one of the best mobile games ever made.
We're looking into this closely at the moment (we've seen it too under certain conditions). We suspect it has something to do with the "Soul Fighter" tab to the left of the Tournament of Souls tab. Please try disabling the "Motion" toggle on that page and let me know if it's still absorbing a huge amount of RAM or CPU resources.
The mini-game should not usually take up more than 1-1.5GB normally.
Interested in the QWER part specifically. If you were to press the same key locations on your keyboard, does it simply not work? Or is it just confusing (AZER on French keyboards, for example)?

edit: i tried loading the part after winning the first fight against jhin, whatever is supposed to be happening, client is just steadily using more and more ram while loading
edit 2: now it works and when not stuck on loading client is just using 1GB of ram
maybe some issue, where if the client somehow gets stuck in the loading screen the ram-usage keeps increasing
On the tab called simply Soul Fighter in the client, try disabling the video from playing (it's Samira pointing her guns). There's a disable toggle button at the top right of that screen. We're investigating if that screen is eating up resources while the video has motion enabled.
my pc got 16 gb of ram and when i tried to start that mode, client needed 12gb of it and damn yet it still feel like a powerpoint lol
This was a weird post--patching bug. Apparently restarting the client after patching will fix this. It's more like 1.5GB of RAM normally.
Genuine question; is all this discussion and guides and complex strategy and theory crafting about this in client mode considered a GOOD sign because of the engagement, particularly from casuals (I’m enjoying the heck out of this mode, and I’m usually terrible at any remote breed of fighter)
Or is it considered bad because people are breaking the mode down in such a way that others can fly through it?
We love the discussions and theory crafting! The hardest part was knowing how much depth was too much for a metagame and how much was too little. We hope we got it right. We'll see as more people reach Expert mode.
the mode itself is pretty short *(there is an expert mode after the story mode idk if that has rewards). but to unlock some of the later fights you'll need reputation which you get by finishing normal league missions (time spent playing and winning, etc.)
from what i can tell there's 10 fights and each fight is over in a minute, even if you take 2-3 tries per fight you can do the whole thing in half an hour if you're good. the first fights are also pretty easy anyways.
the league missions giving reputation last for 5 weeks, so even if you're gone for 3 weeks you should still have ample time to get enough rep to play through the whole mode
After Story mode is done you'll have Expert mode to try.
It's pretty fun and I'm enjoying it but also 95% of the time I'm just spamming W-Q-E-Q against literally everyone lol
There's some strategy as to what abilities to build, but the only one I've really had issue with was Jhin, and that's just because I'm real bad at his timing and kept missing the counters
Sounds like you're going to have a good time with Expert mode (unlocked after you defeat the final boss of Story mode).

the meta game is absolutely amazing
its is surprisingly tactical and the animations make it feel amazing. the tournament of souls is a huge W and moving forward, I only see in-client meta games to be "mini-games" within the game. AND I can play it Q for SR? BRUH, well done.

You must defeat the final boss on Expert mode in the Tournament of Souls game in the client.
You can't get unpaid interns to do something like that, it takes some devs with experience and those cost money. So yeah, no rudimentary system for us.
We pay all of our interns.
If this one is on you then I'm sorry but you obviously don't play your own game. Why wouldn't there be missions is my first question? Is this not a showcase event, and have those not over the last 4-5(can't remember when the first was) years been accompanied with a mission pass both free and paid? If you were unaware of the "commitment" then I'm sorry you shouldn't be in the position you're in.
Showcases don't have a pass. Or a token shop. That's the difference.
