Speaking of progression events, we wanted to provide an update on the summer progression events previously teased in the Team Update & Roadmap article. While we’re still fine-tuning the details of the next progression event, we’re happy to announce it will arrive in Arkesia in the July update, along with the free Punika Powerpass we’re giving to all players. These progression events can be used on existing character, or a newly created Arcanist - also arriving in that update!
I don’t know what happened – unfortunately CMs such as myself and Shadow don’t have any way to look into player accounts or bans, as we are not a part of the Customer Support team. You can open up a web ticket here (Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games) to appeal the ban and get more information on what may have happened!

This is primarily to combat fraud; it will have some additional benefits against botting and cheating, but the main purpose of this particular change is fraudulent transaction prevention which also leads to a slew of issues.
If you have Trusted status in Steam (Steam account in good standing and have met the small purchase requirement needed to use Steam’s social systems), you will just need to enable 2FA to be Trusted in Lost Ark.
The list of inaccessible features will remain the same, this has not changed from our original March introduction of this system.
It is primarily to combat fraud, but can also potentially have a positive impact on other botting and cheating behaviors too
may your tale exist as a life lesson and forewarning to others <3
they are starting to break through the wall, but little to they know we are fortifying from the inside…
(yes, the team is aware, we are already pushing back on this to get 'em out!)
i’m sorry for your loss
Player feedback played a part in removing Yoz’s Jar, but was not the sole reason this decision was made. We share this in the section of the update that was posted yesterday: June Team Update - News | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG
We’ll have a summer event next week, when the June Update releases.

You are more or less asking me to predict the future here; this changed over time, which is why it was confirmed to not be coming until that changed and it was, like the thread title says.
Player feedback will not always leads to a change, but ...
