That's not unintended though.

Any thought on where it could lie in the actual code? I've checked all player and elk related configs. I want to try to transplant it into another item and see if I can make it reproduce the effect in a different way.

It's still there. Can't give you any hints to the code, as Dev Tier ownership cannot be verified here, nor can such code be posted public. It's not in any of the code you can access without Dev Tier.

Taiga and Ice biomes, often together with Gold and Warm and Cold Forests.

Dysentery hasn't been removed to my knowledge, it's just a really low chance when eating Elk Taco. I still occasionally see people getting it :)

Yes, the meteor thing is an issue that we thought to have fixed. If you can reproduce the issue, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your player.log after you crashed due to looking at the meteor in the tutorial: https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoIssues/wiki/Getting-the-Eco-server-and-client-log-files-for-local-world

In regards to the connection issue I'd need more information as to what actually happens.

The proximity radius to my knowledge is not configurable, so I rather guess you lost the connection to the voice server. Restarting the game typically helps with that.

You can use /openserverui as chat command, tab out of the game and access the UI and change it in theere or adjust the configuration file in /Steam/steamapps/common/Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Difficulty.eco. Please keep in mind that just replacing the collaboration level setting in the config file directly will not work, you will need to adjust each of the values manually, only the UI changes the values based on the collaboration level.

We're currently investigation a potential issue with alligators, but I don't have any more information yet.

No, it was once there, but has been removed as it was mostly used for exploiting, which had severe negative effects on server economies.

Eco cannot do this, but there is a mod called 'World Edit", maybe that can help.

I guess you don't play with the currently still default-off setting that makes empty blocks remove the eligiblity for a room, so it might think due to how you build it that it is a room with many holes, just reducing the tier of the room massively due to the hole, but still allowing it to be a valid room.

You never played on White-Tiger where you need to craft each scroll with the price of the respective book? Well, then play next cycle, when you need to craft each scroll at the price of the book and first need to craft the book as a server-wide megaproject to unlock it in the sense of ages with a price similar to a mini WT computer lab! (Like in Civilization)

Or in other words: I somehow don't agree :D

That sounds a bit pessimistic, but there is enough admins that take their 'pretending of running a democracy' serious and deliver great gameplay. The same applies to admins that have other concepts than direct democracy on their servers. I'm happy with pretty much any admin that is able to make rules and keep to them strictly.

A lot of screenshots of the rooms with the room info in the bottom right would be useful, as I can hardly imagine the situation.

That is something we will definitely not do, as the laws are not supposed to deal with game mechanical elements like skill resets. Any configuration will be up to the server administrator.

The goal of respeccing will be to allow new players a change of choice if they feel their first choice wasn't fun (or for others to respec if they see their profession is not in best need) and to make it easier to respec into a different profession in late game, when people with specific professions left. An option to respec because of too many people have chosen a spec is not planned.

That's a security measure, as it would work the other way around, which on most public servers would potentially cause havoc. I get that in a small group of players that know each other this might be different.

To my knowledge, nutrients will not increase naturally without fertilizer. The farming system is one of the older ones and will get a rework in the future, though.

As I wrote in april I have suggested that towards the Developers :)
