  • Implemented a workaround for Steam users who had recently purchased Last Epoch and have subsequently had difficulty registering Last Epoch accounts in-game.
    • If you were affected by this, please use the ‘create an account ᐅ’ prompt beneath the log in fields to register a new account which will be linked to your Steam account.
      • If you continue to be affected, please try registering an account on our website, and then logging into the game using the account credentials for that account.

Hello,

Character data is not stored in the Windows Registry, and we do not recommend modifying this manually in any way, as doing so can potentially prevent your computer from working properly.

The best way of using the same characters on multiple devices would be Steam Cloud. As you say this does not work for you, try disabling it (either globally or only for Last Epoch) on the new PC, ensure it is enabled on the previous PC, and then re-enable it on the new PC. If that doesn’t work, does a character show up on the new PC after first logging in on it on the old one?

Thank you for the report.

I am very sorry, however we do only officially support Ubuntu. As a result of this, we are unable to guarantee that Last Epoch will work as intended on other distributions such as Arch.

Hey there,

The refund policy that applies to your purchase will depend on where you buy the game.

Supporter packs bought from us directly come with a “no questions asked” refund policy that lasts for 48 hours (real-time, not playtime) & guarantees a refund will be offered regardless of the reason provided, or even if no reason is provided at all. If the game is bought from Steam, Valve’s refund policy would instead apply, which you can find here.

We have since discovered that this error message can also be displayed in cases where users are forcibly disconnected on our end for other reasons. We are working to correct this as well.
