I would recommend making sure that you have mobile 2FA turned on your steam account. That is usually what limits most trusted status.

Alle Lost Ark Server und -Regionen werden am 2. Juli um 09 Uhr für einen Hotfix heruntergefahren. Die voraussichtliche Ausfallzeit beträgt etwa 2 Stunden.

Der Hotfix beinhaltet folgende Änderungen:

• Ein Problem, das beim Starten von Lost Ark in Windows 7 zu einem Fehler geführt hat, wurde behoben.
• Die Zeit, die benötigt wird, um die tägliche Quest auf der “Herzschlaginsel” abzuschließen, wurde von 3 Minuten auf 30 Sekunden verkürzt.

• Nach dem Abschluss der Quest “Wille” werden keine abgelaufenen Feiton-Powerpässe mehr zugestellt. Solltet ihr eure Feiton-Powerpässe vor dem 30. Habrá una desconexión de todos los servidores y regiones de Lost Ark para realizar un mantenimiento el 1 de julio a las 09 AM CEST. Prevemos que la desconexión durará unas 2 horas aproximadamente.

Este parche incluirá los siguientes cambios:

• Hemos solucionado el error que aparecía cuando se iniciaba Lost Ark en Windows 7.
• Hemos reducido el tiempo necesario para completar las misiones diarias en la isla Latido de 3 minutos a 30 segundos.
• Se ha arreglado el problema que reseteaba los rangos en JcJ en la región Europe West.

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming down for a hotfix tonight, July at 2nd 12 AM PT / 07 AM UTC / 09 AM CEST. Expected downtime is approximately 2 hours.

This hotfix includes the following changes:

• Fixed an issue that caused an error to appear when launching Lost Ark using Windows 7.
• Lowered the time it takes to complete each daily quest on Heartbeat Island from 3 minutes to 30 seconds.
• Fixed an issue causing PvP ranks to be reset in the Europe West Region.
• Expired Feiton Powerpasses will no longer be sent to players after completing the quest “Will”. Additionally, players that redeemed their Feiton Powerpasses from their inventory prior to June 30th will now be able to use them until July 20th. Please note that redeemed Feiton powerpasses show an “Expiration: No Limit” message in-game, but these will expire after July 20th.

We just received word… and have just confirmed the Feiton pass will now be extended until 7/19 for use, so if you still haven’t used it you have a bit more time! A post with more information will be out tomorrow!

The captcha is currently in its testing phase and turned at its lowest setting as to not impede players gameplay. Please be patient as we find a happy spot for us all. Well… not the bots. We don’t want the bots happy.

The third party DPS meter is not something that will be approved for use – any app that modifies the game and/or interacts with it in a way that provides information that is otherwise not available to players goes against our game rules. SGR is also not open to the use of this tool by players.

If you are running into problems with your ‘trust status’, please turn ON mobile 2FA on Steam. It must be mobile, not email.

As mentioned previously, SGR and Gold River are against, and do not wish to implement. I understand why some folks are interested in these types of tools, but it is not on the table for now.

We’ll never be able to ban all of the bots completely or even for long, but we’ll continue to fight the battle against them and become better and better at it. We just did another wave of bans too.

I’m slightly confused here as it sounds like you’re hoping to merge servers for a specific run?

As Valtan was quite full this weekend, even had a slight queue. I don’t believe merging servers would be your solution.
