Nothing is being ignored, at all, I’ve said this before. Roxx has addressed the situation and I’m unsure of what you’re looking for? We can only explain the situation so many times but it does not change what had happened.

I know the past two weekends have been hard, along with sorting out the false bans but the team is still eagerly working hard to get through that and I’m keeping an eye on things to let them know of anything else reported.

Thank you so much for your patience and the feedback that I asked for last weekend when I saw how bad of a problem it was. It is truly helpful for the team! Especially on the weekend. We’re in this battle together, and while the devs can quickly just look at numbers, it’s always helpful to have realtime feedback too.

We are continuing to aggressively ban bots along with a few things that are not considered when looking at steam charts, such as time zones, holidays, even the specific day, etc. The steam charts will always be up and down, for any active and popular game.

I’m aware that players are false reporting and will be letting the team know.

The concurrent is always going to be spiking and dropping. We’re currently getting more aggressive with our bot bannng along with that chart only showing a small snapshot in time. Different timezones, days, weekends, holidays, etc all effect those numbers. It’s not best to live and die by only one piece of information on reporting.

We do indeed ban bot accounts. This was intended for bans… when I noticed the posts on the forums I quickly let the team know and the recent wave was then turned into kicks. We are still fine tuning the system.

We absolutely do appreciate the feedback as it allows us to become better at targeting the bots and allows me to also tell the team when it goes too far.

Your accounts are NOT banned, only kicked. No need to appeal or submit a ticket, just reload back in.

I was able to alert the team quick enough for them to stop and only give kicks not bans.

No one skips the queue boss but bots will absolutely be kicked, we just dialed it back quickly for the last wave as I started seeing reports we targeted a bit too big of a group.
