I'm passionate about it, and want to try it. I want it to do well, so fingers crossed it does. If not, I tried -shrug-
1st and 2nd place clans in the cup getting 12% and 9% xp boosts for a month (assuming it's from the normal 6 to 9-12% instead) ... is that new this year/edition? This seems weird and out of place.
One the one hand you have the company saying game integrity and skilling rates matter, on the other hand you have jagex handing out xp modifiers like it's candy (and more OP TH promos I guess)

The Clan Cup boosts have literally been a mainstay of Clan Cups of the past, I had this conversation with /u/ImRubic yesterday the Wiki page doesn't have that info but I actually gave these rewards out to Clans 3 years ago.
So yeah, nothing has changed here.

But ontop of those 2 the current plan goes full darklight nerf into oblivion by adding another heap of nerfs ontop of it:
It, from a ironman perspective makes breeding animals outside the breeding pen 25 times slower, in the breeding pen 5 times slower (nerfing xp rates by either 80% or by 96% ontop of that), add in that the animals will eat approximately 5 times more.
This compounds to nerfing pof by between 86 and 97,5%, while increasing the cost by 5 times (here is where I'd joke that this is the definition of overkill).
suggestion: link the xp to happyness and do a 35-40% xp nerf ontop of that, don't do the other things
To add: if these nerfs come true, the ironman meta would be to grab aggression potions and a leaf blade...

A 12% reward for a clan actually winning a cup as an achievable reward, and also what we've always done in past Clan Cups, there's no change here.
This is actually incorrect (it was changed whilst I wasn't there). it's 70% of the original max xp, with the minimum being 10% of the NEW value.

What was the hiccup? I didn't / don't see one.
Confusion between a specific point on breeding pens
We'll be reading all the posts we can, taking all the comments/feedback, etc.
There was a little bit of a hiccup in the news post and I'll take full blame for that, personally very frustrated at myself on that but whatever.
There could be fine tuning, etc but as we mentioned any changes we'll keep you updated.

The checkbox functionality works on the server, its just the tickbox doesn't appear on the client.
Try click it once, and try and get it to kick in if that doesn't work, click it again then try again.
We'll get that issue sorted :)
