Indeed it doesn't limit your opinion, but it does mean it has absolutely no place in this topic at all. So please don't just randomly go off topic because you disagree / don't like something. Plenty of topics to talk about missiles or game balance. This isn't one of them.

Comment

Passed for consideration means exactly that. Its not at all an indication that its coming this major, next or at all.

Comment

Its after the AV-8C now (unless below you meant after)

Before the 2 A-7s.

Comment

Nobody said at any point they would be removed at all this patch.

Comment

Not really sure it was necessary to post this in two places at once. As I've responded already in the topic, its going to be fixed.

Comment

Its been sent to the developers. Should be fixed. Perhaps not on initial patch release.

Comment

As we said earlier, its a little too early to go into specifics about the who / when at this stage beyond the ones we have announced today.

Comment

"Currently" I should add ))

Comment

This is just the CDK for the time being. A lot of aircraft have this.

It does not use the Phirmat pod currently, just the Corails. But may be expanded when the loadouts come in.

Gun pods can be under the wing too.

Comment

Hes ok. We provided some extra coffee ))

Comment

At the moment, it's not in the current plan. But it's also not ruled out. It's a bit too early to say given the infancy of the system and how many aircraft there already is to configure.

Comment

It's not currently planned for them. Generally Rank VI and VII aircraft are mostly the ones with multiple pylon loadout combinations (Skyraider and some other exceptions excluded), so the current focus is on those aircraft.

Comment

The listed aircraft will be the first to receive the new system (as currently planned) in the Winds of Change update cycle, but the feature won't be available on the immediate release of the update.

Other aircraft/helicopters will be expanded upon over time.

Comment

@_Condottiero_ to answer your questions from earlier now:

Comment

It doesn't open any new doors at all. This has and always will be down to the discretion of the developers to decide and we already have many existing aircraft in game that follow this principle.

Comment

It's still subject to change in many ways currently, so best to wait for release to see it's initial BR

Comment

The developers are aware of this, however as I said, the Corail pods were deemed more suitable and currently nothing shows they were incompatible with the F.1C in the same way the F-5A/C have their countermeasures retrofitted.

Comment

Corail flare pods were used on French Mirages and are the most suitable form of countermeasures for the aircraft.

AIM-9P from export variants is currently not under consideration as the domestic loadouts for now are considered sufficient by the developers. As already mentioned, we will keep a close eye on it's statistics before making any additional changes to either Battle Raiting or missile loadouts.
