This was already fixed:
Event vehicles are not connected to the major update.
It wont have AIM-9J. RB 24J was simply a placeholder. The aircraft never had them IRL and on release it will have RB 24 (AIM-9B).
We didn't need a second dev server for that.
Pretty much every user reported bug during it has been forwarded and most have been fixed already.
We dont always have 2 dev servers. That has never been a guarantee. If we have one, we have one. If we dont, we dont. It depends on if one can be done and if one is needed.
We do, its called Major Update: "Hot Tracks".

F-84F could not be added at the "beginning of the tree" since they were only just finished
There has never been any such rule that such premiums can only be added at the start of a trees life.
Also the vehicles like Wetmore's P-51D-10, Plagis' Spitfire LF Mk IXc and many others were added much later.
This is not a new concept.
BRs are not a valid reason not to introduce something as they are never fixed things. France has no other Rank V premium other than the Vautour. This is not taking up a slot or coming instead of anything. Its entirely optional if people want to buy it or not and simply an extra aircraft choice people have now.
Aircraft/Tanks/Ships that are from a special or particular unit, or a specific ace can be separate premium vehicles.
We have already vehicles like:
Spitfire Mk.IIa Venture I
Wetmore's P-51D-10
Plagis' Spitfire LF Mk IXc
Tuck's Gladiator Mk II
Re.2001 gruppo 22
M43 "G.C.Leoncello"
M26 "D.C.Ariete"
M60A1 "D.C.Ariete"
And the starter premiums like
Hagiri's A5M4
Pallier's D.510
Marcolin's C.R.42 CN
H.39 "Cambronne"
M2A4 (1st Arm.Div.)
CAS aircraft or CAS capabilities. The point being its a French owned and operated aircraft serving under the IAF. The US has no need for a premium F-84F whilst other than the Vautour, France has no other Rank V premiums for now.
Again, it is not "taking away" something from France, simply an extra.
Vampire FB.5 is not as useful in Ground Forces as an F-84F is. We are adding GE premiums for most nations that don't have a good CAS / Ground Support aircraft. F-84F was ready to do and has not "taken the place of" or "come instead of" other French premiums that may come later.
The premium F-84F also has a strong French connection and was a French F-84F flown by French pilots during the Suez crisis.
Those can often be retrospectively updated and can share some common elements. But its something at least.
This variant never carried them.
