There is no ETA for it yet and it certainly wont be anytime soon.
We never said at all we even were working on it actively yet.

All missiles have limited all aspect in game below around 0.9km distance. This has been the case since their introduction when in most cases, extremely close up, they can launch frontally.
In most examples, the missiles dont have the maneuverability to strike a moving target coming so fast, so close. But this is where the SRAAM exceeds.
We do not have a BR past 10.7.
I'm on holiday, so I'm not denying or confirming anything on a day off
I'll leave you guys to go by what we have already said and draw your own conclusions about people taking baseless rumors with no factual backing.
Well, we managed about a week without them both being mentioned again...
Im not going to repeat it for the 50,000th time.
That's because is not a developers job to communicate. They are busy developing and working on the game. They answer everything they can through us as it's our job (community management and staff) to pass it along. On top of this, we have Q&As with BVV virtually every month on the website and Dev blogs every update.
Back in the days of a much smaller community, we used to be able to have a developer on the forum and answer a small topic. But it grew to the point where every one answer spawned 50 more questions and it would eventually take more than a week for developers to fully answer a full topic and all the questions within.
This isn't viable anymore. They are busy people with lots to do. But we have expanded communication everywhere else.
No its fine, but this isn't really the place to discuss it. We are open to suggestions and feedback. Feel free to PM me if you have any more ideas you want to put forward.
Unfortunately not. Since it also contains internal matters and NDA covered content.
We have explored other methods and really no ideal solution that worked (as in from an internal Tech - Dev perspective, as well as Player - Tech) as well as we would have liked.
But we are always looking for new options.
And if you followed the link, to the correct topic rather than continuously taking this one off topic, you would see my response there
I dont know when this became "when will X be fixed" roundup topic, but this sort of thing is really not the main substance of this thread.
If you want updates to specific reports, you can PM myself or any Tech Mod with the link to the report. But we cannot give ETAs most of the time, especially to things that are not actually "bugs" but historical matters.
I also do not see any bug report from you on this matter. So perhaps thats the best place to start, rather than the rumor roundup topic for the next major.
As far as I understand, the developers are already working on it. We cannot give it any more priority than that.
The developers have responded on this matter. This is not an error. If it was a British tank, it would have had British ammunition. But the tank was built in one copy and was eventually promoted for the export market. It was not adopted by British armed forces.
Most things correctly reported with valid sources have been fixed. There are a some outstanding ones under review and some that were closed due to a total lack of viable source material or sources actually with substantial evidence. So really I dont know what you referring too here as thats such an open ended question as to what your asking will be "fixed".
Regardless, this is not the topic for the Challenger. We have one here:
Unfortunately its not just as easy as sending a person with a sound recorder and just telling them to go record a CR2.
For one, they are not exactly the most easily accessible tanks. Indeed they are often present at tankfest and some other public events, but thats not exactly idea conditions for sound recording, nor is there any guarantee the crew are able to even perform all of the necessary actions and movements that are required to capture all the sounds for the game. Sound recording takes a whole team of people, often a full day or more, requirements for full access to the vehicle (often sound is recorded inside and out) and full co-operation with the crew and owners of the machine. Not only this, but Challenger is one tank out of hundreds that could have unique sounds too.
You can see examples of what it actually takes here:
Oh yes indeed )
Shimakaze was added only 2 months ago in September.
We also never said we stopped at all. People just assume after every few months we have stopped when we never said to expect new ones in just under 2 months. They are added periodically.
And yes. There will be a new one in the near future.
Given we only just raised its BR a few days ago, more time is needed to analyse how it's doing at 9.7 now.
As tempting as it is to deny things already mentioned and crush the dreams, we are not going to do it just yet )))
I hate to tell you this, but we are not using that list as a benchmark for UK (or any nations) aircraft to add. There are examples spanning all 3 decades you mentioned still to come.
That list is a drastically oversimplified representation of those eras of aviation and what's in them.
Again, not everything is going to be a top meta fighter but thats the same with every nation.
