Nothing was ignored. The report submitted was using a 2018 dev blog as the sole reference for what it was trying to report which is invalid under the 2019 changes.

If you want to report it under the new system, it needs to be done correctly and not just a fire and forget link to a 2 year old dev blog, which by the way, came from the devs themselves. So they are more than aware of the sources within it.

Please check your facts before misquoting me.

I was asked if a new Type 74 was coming in that patch (Raining Fire) specifically which it was not. I said nothing about future patches and never denied a new Type 74 variant for the next patch. We never answer about a following patch when a current one has not even been released.

So it seems you massively misunderstood the context of my answer and took the question out of line. I have not mislead anyone in that area.

The developers can see the stats of all vehicles in game and thats how such decisions are made.

Challenger 1 is not at the bottom of its BR unlike the T-72 TURMS was, so the developers do not need or have to give it Challenger 2s L26 round.

A report has already been made if I remember correctly. We cannot raise its priority beyond what it already is.

The same way the Harrier was moved up to 9.7.

The developers can see the statistics for all vehicles, how well they do in battle and all of their metrics. T-72 TURMS was the lowest performer of its BR by a very large margin.

The situation that you describe and the reality of the facts that the statistics show don't align. The Challenges have always been preforming decently well for its BR.

Challenger 1 is not performing as badly as what TURMS was. Therefor it is not in need of L26.

What you are reporting is not using the new method and does not contain any of the information required that shows there is any issue.

Just to clarify, a lot of people seem to be taking the "technology" seriously from a Russian Translation.

A lot of translations of "vehicle(s)" can come up as "Technology(s)".

We do this via dev blogs. It simply is not possible to announce or even provide information on whats in development before that point as things can change.

Years ago we had "preliminary" (key word) aircraft trees for lots of aircraft we had not yet fully decided on. Whenever we started deviating or changing things, people got angry as they took those trees as 100% confirmed aircraft yet we made it clear they were not.

So we wont be doing that again.

If people get frustrated waiting for months for a vehicle we never even said was coming soon, thats a problem of their own self hype or falling ill to baseless "rumors" that come from nowhere.

If it is confirmed for the next update, yes. Thats the point.

Perhaps some didn't quite see the warning earlier on to take discussions about specific aircraft to the correct area.

The point is dont. Simply move on or take it to the correct place. Every time you "answer a question" it spawns the discussion again. You are not obligated to answer every time someone mentions it here. All it does is simply derail the thread for several more pages.

A future update is not the next update. This is not a rumor for this update. Its just your wishful thinking.

Once again, we have lots of things in development. It does not make them the subjects of this thread all the time.

When there is quantifiable rumours or facts to suggest there is evidence for a vehicle coming this patch, then it can be discussed here.
