We had Finland just last patch. So I would lower your expectations of a whole new nation this patch. Rank VIII is the big stuff.

As grom explained earlier, these vehicles are a higher rank and thus also have better research potential. They can research an entire Air tree from Rank I-VIII. Naturally that would not come at the same price as a Rank VI premium.
Any of the Rank VII premiums will be yes. They all have vehicle research efficiency from Rank I-VIII.
On the flipside, when we don't release equal tier premiums for every nation at once or at the same time, equally as many people who care about one nation are asking why we miss some of them out.
Imagine if we just released the intruder and called it quits. It would be "OnLy UsA aGaIn!". This time, multiple nations get them at the same time.
There is plenty of things coming in the update, with generally a little something for everyone.
