  • What resolution are you using when you were affected by the crash?
  • Are you using the Playstation Boost mode?

We continue to investigate these and appreciate that you've reported this!

Would you be able to provide some of the following information so I can pass it on to the team who are looking into these?

  • Your Ubisoft ID.
  • Console version (pro, ssd, normal etc)
  • Where this happens (outside of the gunner research, certain difficulties, missions etc?)
    Situation: Potomac event center / Raid with 8 players from the same clan
  • What resolution you are using.
  • Are you using the Playstation Boost mode?

Because it isn't always easy to find accounts via your linked PSN IDs. Uplay ID's are the quickest and most reliable way of finding your accounts since they are directly registered with us. 🙂

We didn't state that we had a full fix for the issue but rather that we had implemented improvements to decrease the number of clue screen crashes.
The issue is complex and it is difficult to determine all of the factors at play.

Therefore we need your help to continue to make improvements and ensure we catch all of the instances of this happening.
Let us know the details as stated in the original post such as model etc that you are playing on, and we will pass the details on to the team for continued investigation.

I realise this is an old report but, we're just wondering if this is still happening to some of you?

That's odd, in order for us to investigate further (I passed on your report a week ago), can you provide us with the following?

-A screenshot from before the maintenance if available (for next time it happens if not available now.)
-A screenshot after the maintenance
- Uplay ID.

Whilst we had maintenance to improve stability on PS4 to reduce the number of blue screens, we are still investigating all the instances that might lead to these happening.

For some, it has improved, but for those of you still experiencing this please give us as much detail as possible so we can continue to investigate:

  • Uplay ID.
  • Are those crashes occurring in any other situations?
    • What activity are you doing when it happens?
    • Is it always at a specific time, specific mission, specific action?
  • Your PlayStation model (older /newer /pro /slim etc).

Thank you all for your patience as the team continues to investigate this complex issue.
