We are investigating issues with this, could you all let me know your play id's please so that I may forward this to the team that is looking into this?

Ubisoft user ID is Boothy_88594. Platform is PlayStation 4 I got mine on PS4 release day so I would say day one edition. I am running screen resolution at 1080p. I don’t think I have boost mode on as I didn’t know PlayStation had one. Situation: I was roaming around the open world as I needed to get 20 kills while enemy was pulsed, so I equipped the technician laser attachment since it pulsed enemy when you aimed your weapon at them, I found a few patrols then I encountered 2 enemy resource convoys so I cleared the first one then when I found a second one I killed all the NPC the game went into a frozen state then it blue screened on me, I sent an error report through PlayStation since it gave me the option to do that. Hope this helps.

Would you be able to provide some of the following information so I can pass it on to the team who are looking into these?

• Your Ubisoft ID.
• Console version (pro, ssd, normal etc)
• Where this happens (outside of the gunner research, certain difficulties, missions etc?)
  Situation: Potomac event center / Raid with 8 players from the same clan
• What resolution you are using.
• Are you using the Playstation Boost mode?

Because it isn't always easy to find accounts via your linked PSN IDs. Uplay ID's are the quickest and most reliable way of finding your accounts since they are directly registered with us. 🙂

I realise this is an old report but, we're just wondering if this is still happening to some of you?

That's odd, in order for us to investigate further (I passed on your report a week ago), can you provide us with the following?

-A screenshot from before the maintenance if available (for next time it happens if not available now.)
-A screenshot after the maintenance
- Uplay ID.

Whilst we had maintenance to improve stability on PS4 to reduce the number of blue screens, we are still investigating all the instances that might lead to these happening.

For some, it has improved, but for those of you still experiencing this please give us as much detail as possible so we can continue to investigate:

• Uplay ID.
• Are those crashes occurring in any other situations?
  • What activity are you doing when it happens?
  • Is it always at a specific time, specific mission, specific action?
• Your PlayStation model (older /newer /pro /slim etc).
