Thanks for providing the videos. Looking over the videos you provided, I can see that your issue may be related to several issues occurring at once.

• I can see that you seem to be killed faster than Reviver Hive can activate in some cases
• Bullets not hit registering, can likely be caused by connection issues
• You're playing on Heroic with Heroic AI which is more challenging

Looking over your posts, I can see that whilst your issues may be similar, they look to be different from this initial post.

To clarify, the following crashes caused via the map that are currently under investigation:

• Hover the mouse over on the map Manhunt icon near Countdown causes the game to crash
• Fast traveling from N.Y back to D.C will crash the game if any Global Directive is active
