Thanks for the video. To help us investigate this issue further, would you be able to confirm whether you're able to equip the apparel, from the apparel menu from your main menu, and not the store?

If the issue persists, please provide a new video showing the issue via the apparel option, in the main menu or inventory.

As this is a random drop, it may be difficult to farm.

Some notes from the community have mentioned that, the Sacrum Imperium is more likely to drop if you farm boss floors, in The Summit on the hardest difficulty with as many directives as you can handle.

After thorough investigation, the development team is unable to provide a solution for the reported issue.

When assessing the complexity of the issue and number of players affected, the team had to prioritize issues that had a comparatively higher impact.

With Post-Launch support for Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to an end, we will be unable to roll out a fix for this issue.

For the particular issue mentioned in this thread, it has been reported to have been resolved with 1.6.2.

Are there areas of Ravensthorpe, where you're still encountering this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering issues, with ACV crashing.

You've mentioned that you've completed a lot, and also mentioned that you've tried every random fix.

Would you be able to list all of them for us, so we can better understand how we can go about investigating this issue further.

The troubleshooting you've already completed, may provide us with an idea of how this issue has occurred.

In addition, do you have any hardware monitoring software, custom reshading software or RGB controller software, that may conflict with ACV and Ubisoft Connect?
