I'm on a Ryzen 5 2600 with a 2060 GPU myself, and can running the game on 1080p/High at 60 FPS with no issues. Ensure you update your drivers, perform a clean boot and test a few resolutions/quality combinations. Remember, you can press F1 at any time during the game to keep an eye...
