The Beowulf and berserker quests were in my quest log but then disappeared before I got a chance to do them, while I was was doing pledged quests. I read the letters saw them in my log but now they are now they are gone . I thought maybe after I finished the soma pledged quest Chain they would show back up but not luck.

I am hoping that you all will have recovered access to the "Way of the Berserker" preorder bonus / Ubisoft Connect reward by now, but should any of you still be encountering difficulties, can you please update us as to which platform(s) you are playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla on, how you acquired the quest, and if you can find the initial letter in the mailbox in Eivor's room? Can you also please tell me whether you have reinstalled the game as part of your troubleshooting?
If you had started the questline but it vanished, can you remember on which objective it disappeared?

I've passed on your report to help with our ongoing investigation, so it's really great you've let us know. We don't have a solution or workaround to share quite at the moment, but we're working to get this resolved as soon as we can.
