Apologies for the delay - I can see this has since been resolved and seemed to be an issue with a mobile connection. In future, please try a connection that enables you to edit your port settings to ensure you cover all of the steps provided.

I'm sorry to hear this! Have you guys tried another run? Not ideal but probably the only workaround in this instance.
