Thanks for fixing the lift, to get upstairs however the gate near the restock ammo box is closed, how do we get to the basement to finish the bounty (Challenging-2 Bosses)?

We can confirm that there are currently issues with the matchmaking and we are investigating the issue.
Currently, Control Points don’t get taken over unless an Invasion is happening, or a Manhunt Target takes over a zone. In an upcoming patch, you will be able to reset Control Points when you change Global Difficulty so that you can choose to reset your map and replay the Control Points if you wish.
I mean its nice for you to come and try to help but you should really read more than the headline

Hmmm looking at the map it suggests that the mission is chinese supermarket and that you are tracking Vivian.
This could possibly be a bug, I'll try and do some investigations on this side.
