Meaning they can't join the same matches as you, so when they try to join a lobby if thay streamer is in the lobby it will kick them out and say they were blacklisted

It does not function like that, to clarify- It does not apply to random matchmaking, it only applies to a streamer using the Invitational Squad feature.

It just stops them from joining that specific game through the extension (I think it's to join the squad itself? Never used it), it probably doesn't mean they can't get in the lobby

Yeah they need to fix the servers asap, for the amount of people playing it shouldn't even be an issue

Hey all! Sorry about this experience, I would recommend contacting Ubisoft Support. They can help troubleshoot the issue, and past that diagnose if its a new specific issue. We'll be able to better investigate from there!

Hello,

Appreciate the write up and thoughts. We know there has been some time without a patch, but as you already know, the team was out for holiday. While I understand that some time between content can be frustrating, we strongly believe in the team taking time off, particularly during holidays. However, we do have patches coming.

To clarify on feedback, we do balance the game based on community feedback, game data, development team feedback, playtester feedback, etc. Additionally, on top of that, we do work directly with some of the top players and streamers for insight into future patches and balancing.

In terms of aim assist and controllers, it is a topic we are currently looking at. We have heard the frustration. On the topic of new players, onboarding is one of core pillars that we mentioned in our Future of Hyper Scape post. Totally agree that a strong new player experience is key, and will continue to pursue ways to make it strong.

We have...

Patch 2.5 introduces crossplay and improvements to certain features that were introduced in our previous Lab phase including Team Deathmatch and Arcadium. As we explained recently, we are now in the Hyper Scape Lab phase of the Season 2, and we are going to let our players experience certain features while they are still in beta, to gather feedback from our community.

NEW FEATURES

CROSSPLAY (SOFT LAUNCH)

Patch 2.5 finally introduces the long-awaited crossplay feature! Crossplay will enable you to play online with friends and players over different gaming systems.

For this first iteration we will offer full crossplay between consoles, and by-invite for PC. On console, if crossplay is enabled you will be able to play freely together between Xbox and PlayStation. PC players will also be able to invite their friends on console and play with them directly, however their party will be matched into the PC queue.

Crossplay additi...

Hey everyone,

Thanks for the post! I know this is an important topic to players, so wanted to provide a little more insight. To be clear, we've always had per-weapon aim assist parameters for all input types- which helps us tweak the efficiency of each gun. The KBM aim assist does not include snap to target, or adhesion, and it's been in the game from day 1.

The patch will just be tweaking the already existing parameters. It is not the same type of adhesion aim assist that controllers have. We will of course monitor the discussion and gameplay after the patch. We know this topics and other are important, and with many changes coming tomorrow we will be keeping a close eye on the gameplay and meta to make sure this game can be the best it can be.

To be clear, we've never stated any of that. We constantly listen to feedback on a multitude channels from a variety of players. One of our core commitments as a community team is to be transparent with the community. I'm sorry to see you view the connection differently, but promise that we will continue to work with the community on making it the best game it can be.
