I'm afraid there isn't a way to copy and paste an agent, so you will need to play up to that point in another agent to keep the map that way.
I would recommend reaching out to the Support Team to have them look in to this issue. There is currently an issue with crashing, however this manifests in the game closing to the desktop, not a blue screen.
The fight with Faye Lau is available to be unlocked in the season pass at Tier 53, however the full manhunt will not be available til Season 8, which will be the rerun of Season 4.
I don't mind the variety. And anyways, it's summer in DC! The Hawaiian shirt and flip flops are weather appropriate. :P

Unfortunately a re-install would be your best bet if the other troubleshooting didn't work.
My first instinct would be that he is wearing a uniform, which wouldn't allow other pieces to be visible. Are you able to find out what he has equipped or if he can show a screenshot of his apparel?
I honestly have to be in the mood for using an SMG build as they do feel different, but I have to say they are some of the funnest guns to use.

Join the Discords. The two biggest are the Reddit Division 2 discord, and the Offical Division discord. Both can be found on the sidebar.
The Discord is definitely a great place to find agents to team up with. The Looking For Group section of the forums is also a great place to find players on your platform!
