These are the minimum requirements for Ghost Recon Wildlands, so you can use these as a reference. As for using the onboard GPU, it may work, but I can't guarantee it. As Megalodon26 mentioned, you can always keep it in your backlog until you get your hands on a new GPU!

I always close the Ubi Connect program. I found that helped reduce it, but it still happens about 50% of the time.

Alright that's a bit more clear for me. So when I hit level 30 and complete World Tier I, then I can select one of the specializations I assume then?
Yup! You will have 6 to choose from, and the 3 you unlocked from the pass will have exclusive research that allows you to unlock some extra goodies like weapon skins :)
Bravo errors usually refer to the Ubisoft Connect client being offline. Do you quit out of the Ubisoft Connect client when you are done gaming, or do you leave it up until your next session?
I've found sometimes if I leave it up and put my PC to sleep it has trouble connecting when I next boot up the game. Quitting both the game and client sorts it out for me, similar to what you mentioned.
You won't have to make a new character! The new specializations are the Gunner, Technician, and Firewall, which are normally unlocked through challenges after hitting level 30.
