Hey Malkialex21! Thanks for providing this video! There is a feat that allows you to be able to revive yourself without the help of anyone else. It is called 'Auto Revive'. After the Player Character fell, it looks like the Auto Revive feat kicked in and that's why they were able to get back up. It can be awesome when your Hero has it, but at times a pain when someone else does! Let me know if you have any other questions!

I generally suggest troubleshooting and port forwarding, however if both of you have completed these steps then please create a support ticket here. Along with your ticket, go ahead and provide your port forwarding images as well. From there, an agent will be able to investigate this issue further!

You may be able to add them to your post, just as long as they do not reveal account information. Also, do you see this issue happening every time you log on to play? If so, is it always the same three Operators?
