Hey BigMcMacc! I've looked into your MSINFO file you provided on your ticket. Your MSINFO file shows that you have MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner installed. Can you either disable or uninstall these programs? They tend to cause conflicts with Ubisoft titles. Additionally, there seems to be a few programs on startup. Make sure you have everything off.
It appears your copy of Windows is not officially up to date. Can you double check for any failed updates?

Hi Shattered.! There was a previously reported issue where certain players could not open the chest for the first time after a reset, is this what is happening to you?
Are you able to provide the video you took?

You shouldn't have to repurchase the game! Please make sure you are trying to install the game on an internal drive. Please also make sure there is enough space for the game to install. Do not launch any other application while the game is installing and updating. We strongly suggest these steps as well (XB1 / PS4).

Hey guys! Thanks for the report. Do you guys have Uplay and TD2 installed on the same drive? Do you only have problems accessing the TD2 store, and not any other Ubisoft title's store? (Like R6S or ACOD)
