This is probably because you are using a third party controller. Here are the supported peripherals for FH. 3rd party controllers aren't officially supported through FH.

Hi PieroDeiBoschi! I was able to locate your ticket in our system. I checked over your MSINFO file.
Please uninstall the following programs:
- Cheat Engine 6.6
- WebTorrent
- LogMeIn Hamachi
- CAM (Disable or uninstall)
These programs tend to cause conflicts with Ubisoft titles.
You also have a lot of programs on startup. Please disable those.
Please also mention on your ticket what HDD you have R6S and Uplay installed on.

Hey everyone! There seems to be a few different issues regarding the "An unexpected DirectX error occurred."

1) After restarting the multiplayer game session
2) When the folder "Anno7" is deleted in Documents folder
3) It is just crashing on launch.

Could you all submit a ticket with your MSINFO files, and please specific which of the three is happening to you?
