Hey Lynx, have you hopped on the TTS at all? It examples a step in our new sound system that I've seen some good feedback for.

As far as the M.U.T.E Glitch we are aware and monitoring it.

For the ping, I'm curious - we don't see ubiquitous reports of high ping on every single server at all times, usually some spikes here and there, or the occasional server degradation. I know you've told me before but unfortunately i cant remember which server or servers is it that you're playing on?

Melusi does seem to get banned out a lot, so that is something to consider. Either way, I recommend Ace, his utility as an attacker plus the AK-12 makes him an incredibly strong pick in essentially every situation.

You can report through the online portal [support.ubisoft.com] if you make a mental note of their name, but I definitely understand wanting a "recent players" function for reporting!

I think about this a lot - the only thing I can figure is that folks are focused on improving K/D as opposed to W/L.
I come from a more "objective based" background in gaming, but I assume that folks who come from more "Kill the enemy" based backgrounds still focus on that.

If I delate Siege, will I lost all of my stats?

This is the first time I'm seeing this report, so I'm curious to see if there are other people experiencing the same thing.

Also, we do recommend restarting the queue after 3 minutes in order to find games faster.

Transferring skins from PS4 to PC

Do you run into a lot of instances where you fine these characters are are doing too much? Personally I feel they are both fairly balanced, but definitely open to hearing what the community has to say!
