I have a couple of questions which the team would like to know if you could assist us please:

- Are the affected players trying to use explosive damage to trigger Rules of Engagement set talent (4 piece talent)?
- What methods are the affected players using to kill the enemies?
- Ubisoft ID associated with all player(s) affected by this issue.
- The full gearset that the affected player(s) are running when encountering this issue.
- What platform are players experiencing this issue on?
- How often are player(s) encountering this issue in-game?

Can you install the latest Nvidia Driver which is 456.71 in order to see if this issue is still occurring ?
Could you provide a DX diag ?
Can you verify the game files ?

The servers should be back up online. Which platform are you on and region?
Have you tried to re-start your platform ?

I can completely understand your frustrations with losing all progress on The Summit. There was comments about progress being lost in the patch notes but I have raised this with our teams that not everyone was able to see this warning. There is nothing worse than losing your progress on something you've spent a great deal of time in.

Thanks for all the screenshots, it appears this one is very random once facing off with the White Tusks.
