Twitch drops? Pink Torchbug?

Can someone ELI5 this for me please?

You can earn one Ouroboros Crown Crate viaTwitch Drops each day this week by watching any of the channels listed on the Drops calendar here: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/streamers

Make sure to click on the campaign to get details on exactly who has Drops activated each day!

Additionally, any Stream Team member listed on the hosting schedule has a pink torchbug pet to give away, though it's up to each streamer as to when/how they will be given out. Hope this helps!

To be clear, the fix we implemented will allow you to complete those achievements and isn't intended to automatically grant them. Could you clarify if you attempted to complete the achievements on your own?

Thanks for the information on this @pklemming. We are aware of this issue and are working on getting it fixed, though for full visibility, it won't be fixed in time for launch next week. Just for our own information, you mentioned this had been reported a few weeks ago. Did you report it in-game using /bug or here on the forums?

Maintenance is now complete and PC EU is back online. Thanks again for your patience.

Maintenance is running a bit longer than expected and we will be extending beyond 1pm EDT. While the new ETA is closer to 3pm EDT/8pm BST, we anticipate being finished before then. We'll let you all know once everything is complete.

We're still in the process of applying the hotfix to PC EU; we'll post an update in the main thread once everything is finished as it's going to take some time to complete.

Hi everyone,

Today beginning at 2pm EDT, we’ll be deploying a hotfix on PC/Mac NA and EU. This hotfix will fix the issue where players who try to send you mail would get an error saying your mailbox is full, or items purchased/sold from a Guild Store would not show up in your mailbox.

Downtime is not required and we anticipate this taking a few hours to complete fully. We’ll let you know in this thread once everything is finished.
