Updates to Perfected & Non-Perfected Sets
In Update 30, you can now wear perfected and non-perfected sets in combination with each other. Doing so will grant the bonuses associated with the non-perfected set until you wear all 5 pieces of perfected.

Just to update, PTS will remain offline for maintenance through the evening and we currently expect it to open tomorrow morning (eastern time).

Maintenance is ongoing and we don't have an ETA for completion at this time, but we'll let you all know when we have a better idea of when everything should finish up. For what it's worth, we're looking at hours and not minutes.

FYI: We just added a missed note in the Combat & Gameplay section -

Developer Comment: [spoiler]Currently, Health Recovery is quite powerful in PvP environments as it bypasses the typical penalty of Battle Spirit with healing, enabling those with high amounts of it to easily recuperate tremendous amounts of damage passively. Rather than nerfing Health Recovery as a whole and making it weaker in PvE where it already struggles due to the need of more reactive healing in those encounters, we've decided to utilize this to ensure it only sees a loss of power where it needs it. We're still in the process of updating all the messaging for PC EU being open, but the server is indeed open. PC NA is still under maintenance, though.

Hang tight, everyone. We got ahead of ourselves a bit and you should be able to log into PC EU in just a minute.

The Elder Scrolls Online v6.3.8 fixes the issue with players on your friends or guild list displaying their last logged in date of 1970, a few fixes for Gamepad Mode and some base game quests, resource nodes not appearing correctly, and more. This patch also fixes the issue where some NPCs were invisible or not respawning in some zones. The size of this patch is approximately 91.6MB.

Hey everyone, we wanted to let you know the ability to change the title music unfortunately got moved out of Update 30 and will instead be in a future update. The ability bar timers are still planned for Update 30, though, which you'll be able to check out on the PTS next Monday.

what about pvp? everything listed in activities choices was for pve only.

Those were just a few examples. We do intend to make sure all playstyles are included, including PvP.
