Are you all attempting to load into the game from character select? Or were you already in-game and are zoning somewhere else? Also, if known, what zone are you trying to load into?

Once you get in-game, could you confirm if you have the correct amount? Also, I'm assuming you are not in Japan?

Sorry, by that last point, are you saying that ridiculous change hidden at the bottom of the patch notes for Japanese players applies retroactively?

The work being done today was all backend work that needed to be completed on all Live megaservers (such as firmware updates, among many other things).

The Elder Scrolls Online v9.2.4 is the final PTS incremental patch for Update 40 before it launches on October 30 for PC/Mac. Included are several additional bug fixes for Endless Archive and a few remaining adjustments for Class Sets; please note the known issues listed below, which will be present at launch and fixed in an upcoming incremental patch. The size of this final patch is approximately 228MB. A huge thanks to everyone who provided feedback on this content over the past few weeks!

We copied all PC EU characters in patch v9.2.2, as we normally do an EU character copy during the 3rd PTS patch in a cycle. We are not planning any additional character copies for this PTS cycle so if you'd like to leverage a template to try and mirror your PC NA character, there is a low likelihood anything will be wiped/reset.

The Elder Scrolls Online v9.2.3 continues to address bugs and feedback within in Endless Archive, with the most noteworthy change being the removal of a Stage so you will now fight through 2 Stages instead of 3 before encountering a Cycle or Arc boss. We’ve also made a few additional adjustments to some Class Sets and fixed a number of issues involving the Group Finder. The size of this patch is approximately 358MB.
