Hi All, we have identified that the Guild Store Shopper Achievement is currently bugged. We have identified the issue thanks to your feedback here. While there isn't a current workaround, we are working on a solution for a future incremental patch. We will also update the known issues on the patch notes page.

We're looking into this now as we have gotten a few reports of Guild Store Shopper Achievement not triggering. We'll hopefully have an update soon.

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v10.1.5 and the Update 43 base game patch! This update introduces Home Tours, a new tool to help you find and share housing creations. We’ve also made some updates to Infinite Archive to add new Arenas, Verses and Visions, plus added 7 new Class Sets and some additional curated item sets. You’ll also find new collectibles, achievements, titles, and enjoy a few additional quality of life changes including the game now remembering your last selected Guild Store or Guild Bank. In addition to these features, we have a long list of bug fixes and improvements to the entire game, such as a number of adjustments affecting Scribing (including some new Ink sourcing!), quest content, some combat balance adjustments, and more. Hi all, we’re following up on the ESO Plus issue from earlier this week with some additional information. As noted, we have resolved the issue where Xbox players had ESO Plus involuntarily activated on their accounts. This was related to some GamePass work we did on July 24. In the process of resolving this issue, we have identified a potential issue for those who do currently have ESO Plus on Xbox. During your next renewal, you may not see the allotted crowns that are supposed to be included with your subscription. For those renewing with a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription, you may have one month of granted crowns missing in relation to your subscription tier. (i.e. if you subscribe to the 3-month subscription, you will only get crowns for two months.) We are currently working on a solution to make sure you get the missing one-month crown grant. This fix will require maintenance with downtime, so we are going to add this fix to our scheduled maintenance on August ... Read more
