Hi All, we wanted to update everyone regarding the remainder of the hardware refresh work. The work on Xbox EU is nearing completion and the hardware refresh will occur next week. We are doing the cutover during an extended maintenance on August 16 in Europe. The starting time is August 16 at 12:00am UTC (August 15 at 8:00pm EST) to the estimated end is August 16 at 3:00pm UTC (August 16 at 11:00am EST). Once the maintenance is complete, we will monitor the Xbox EU server performance. Thanks for your continued patience here.

Do you still get pet if you are already signed up? I logged in to my account my email is already verified and marketing is enabled went to redeem code nothing there and nothing in my emails

Yes, you will still get the pet. No need to unsub and resub. If you are subscribed, you will get the pet. Pet granting may take some time, but everyone who signs up should get the pet by Aug. 25.

Hi all. Just wanted to follow up here based on some of the feedback. Our intention with highlighting the Endeavor reset issue is to be proactive with the community, noting we are aware of the issue and working toward a solution.

We do not expect players to be monitoring their endeavors in fear of accidentally encountering the exploit, and we'd like to highlight the Endeavor resetting is not a widespread issue and is pretty rare to trigger. In addition, we have a better understanding of the issue and have set up systems on our side to see when someone is specifically exploiting. So if you accidentally run into the issue, you don’t need to worry about having your account actioned.

We are not looking to punish anyone who accidentally stumbles into this, but rather inform the community about an issue we discovered and warn that we will take action on those who take extreme advantage of it (which, again, is not accidental.) Hi everyone! Due to the time in ESO that some of you lost over the weekend because of login issues and/or unusually long queue times, we are extending the Zeal of Zenithar in-game event by one day. This will change the end date from August 8 at 10:00 AM ET to August 9 at 10:00 AM ET. The extension will be applied during the scheduled maintenance on August 7.

Hi all, after checking with the team, the fix for this issue will roll out with U39. The team wanted it to come is yesterday's incremental patch, but needed extra time. The fix in confirmed for U39.
