This change was made back in U37, but we missed the patch notes for it in the final release of 37. Sorry about the confusion here. We tracked the issue where the miscommunication happened and have a solution to avoid this going forward.

Hi all, following up here. We've passed this along to our team. They are aware of the issue and will have a fix ready for incremental 2. We should have that confirmed in the patch notes at that time.

Edit- Also wanted to add that the dev team also notes that dodge rolling can also allow you to loot again also.

Hi All, just confirming the timer change was intended, as highlighted in our patch notes. The change is meant to get all timers consistent, with a one-time adjustment to any campaigns which would have reset sometime in June. They will instead reset on the first of July. Again, this reset is meant to get all timers on the same reset schedule. Rewards will be issued out during the next reset as normal.

However, we are passing this feedback on to the dev team so they can evaluate and factor in for any future changes.

Hey @Bo0137. After following up with the team, we do have some info. So currently, ESO does not support ARM based Macs, which the M2 Mac falls under. We suspect this is tied to the issue, as a few other reports have come in about this issue. We are trying to investigate if it is specific to ARM based Macs or Mac with Intel chips as well. We have passed this on to our teams. However with ARM based Macs not having official support, it may take a while to investigate this issue. We'll update if we have any other updates.

Hi everyone, we’d like to address the concerns raised in this thread about the Sharp’s Patience Companion Perk and clear up a few things.

For context, here’s the patch note for this perk:

“Sharp provides ‘Sharp’s Patience’ which offers an improved chance at finding trophy fish and slightly reducing reel time."

We hear your concerns about if the increase in trophy fish will result in an overall decrease in value. The short answer is no. Here are the main takeaways:

[*] The appearance rate of Pyandonean Bottles, Waterlogged Psijic Satchels, and Gunny Sacks are not influenced by Sharps Patience; the overall appearance rate of these items has not changed.
[*] With this perk, players can catch fish faster overall due to decreased reel time.

Just wanted to confirm this here. We've confirmed that new character slots are working but you may need to fully load into the game on one of your characters before it will appear. So, if you own Necrom and don't see the free character slot you expect, load into the game on a character then log back out and the free slot should be there.
