Hi all, just wanted to provide an update here. We sent this thread to the dev team for investigation on Aug. 21. So the team is looking into this now and we will follow up once we have more information regarding a fix.

Just wanted to follow up here. Thanks for the feedback so far. The Grim Focus glow is working as intended currently. However, we are monitoring player feedback on this. In feedback, please make sure to note why you like or dislike the glow, as we have seen player feedback regarding both.

Hi All, thanks again for all of your feedback here. After an investigation, our team has figured out the issue and will be fixing the texture issue on the Hermaeus Mora Statue. We should have this fix in for the first 1st incremental after Update 39. Once we have a confirmed date, we'll let everyone know. But we are aiming for Mid-September.

Hi All, we wanted to update everyone regarding the remainder of the hardware refresh work. The work on Xbox EU is nearing completion and the hardware refresh will occur next week. We are doing the cutover during an extended maintenance on August 16 in Europe. The starting time is August 16 at 12:00am UTC (August 15 at 8:00pm EST) to the estimated end is August 16 at 3:00pm UTC (August 16 at 11:00am EST). Once the maintenance is complete, we will monitor the Xbox EU server performance. Thanks for your continued patience here.

Yes, you will still get the pet. No need to unsub and resub. If you are subscribed, you will get the pet. Pet granting may take some time, but everyone who signs up should get the pet by Aug. 25.

Hi all. Just wanted to follow up here based on some of the feedback. Our intention with highlighting the Endeavor reset issue is to be proactive with the community, noting we are aware of the issue and working toward a solution.

We do not expect players to be monitoring their endeavors in fear of accidentally encountering the exploit, and we'd like to highlight the Endeavor resetting is not a widespread issue and is pretty rare to trigger. In addition, we have a better understanding of the issue and have set up systems on our side to see when someone is specifically exploiting. So if you accidentally run into the issue, you don’t need to worry about having your account actioned.

We are not looking to punish anyone who accidentally stumbles into this, but rather inform the community about an issue we discovered and warn that we will take action on those who take extreme advantage of it (which, again, is not accidental.) This will change the end date from August 8 at 10:00 AM ET to August 9 at 10:00 AM ET. The extension will be applied during the scheduled maintenance on August 7.
