We’re happy to let you know that players on Mac can now join the new ESO launcher. The Mac test is for the PTS only, and will run from July 10 to July 25. Please use this feedback thread for any Mac-specific feedback and issues during this test.

Hi All, we just provided an update in a new thread due to a new issue presented. You can find that post here.

More important for the people in this thread, our temporary solution for crown crate gifting is going live on July 13th. We will have rules and guidelines available then.

Hi Everyone. Over the last few months, we've provided updates regarding the disabling of Crown Crate Gifting on the PC platform and the directly related fraudulent behavior. We recently discovered the fraudulent behavior has made its way onto console platforms (Xbox and PlayStation). In order to curb this, we have turned off Crown Crate Gifting on consoles as of 4pm EDT/ 8pm UTC today. We understand this is very inconvenient and frustrating. We're all on the same page there. We're continuing our work toward resolving this issue. Our aim is to curb the fraudulent behavior and work toward next steps with our temporary gifting solution through Customer Support.

On the note of the temporary program, we are planning for this solution to go live on July 13th for PC NA and PC EU. We will have guidelines outlined in a post on July 13th as well. Hi all. We wanted to provide a quick update here to close out the week. We are in the final stages of getting the temporary solution for Crown Crate Gifting finalized. We are getting the necessary checks from various teams to make sure the process is ready. Once we clear that hurdle, we will have details for the program and a date for when it will go live.

We are also taking the feedback outlined here regarding communication and relaying those to our teams. Thanks for your continued feedback and patience surrounding this issue.

Hi all, would you all be able to check if you can still see if the mundus is active or not? We are trying to figure out if the effect itself is bugged or just the visual icon. If you go back to the Steed Mundus, please check if it will let you pick up the effect or not.
