Can you confirm whether or not reconstructing items at half cost and then deconstructing them for the full transmute value is intended?

This was not working as intended. However, we just pushed a fix to resolve this issue.

The team is continuing their PTS Maintenance work, so we are extending the the end time from 6:00pm ET/ 11:00pm UTC today (January 23) to 6:00pm ET/ 11:00pm UTC tomorrow (January 24). HI Everyone. Following up with an update on the PTS Maintenance. The extension is due to some operations during maintenance taking longer to finish than originally estimated. Hi All, we know some of you had issues with Twitch Drops. If you had issues, you can so one of the following to get your drops:

[*] You can watch any of the recap streams throughout the next week. That should earn you the drops. Times for those streams listed here.
[*] You can also submit the issue you are having to Customer Service via a ticket, and they should be able to assist you. Looking at your drop progress on twitch and sending that in should help.
