Thanks for pinging, @Khaleesi8688. We went back to the dev team and the article info was incorrect. We are updating it now to highlight only Chokethorn for the Impresario. Everything else is correct about the event, highlighted in the article about where and how players can obtain Opal styles for Chokethorn, Iceheart, Lord Warden, Nightflame, and Swarm Mother.

Hi All. Thanks for pinging. We are not seeing amoralities on our end right now. However, we are investigating to see if we can identify any issues. If there's any additional information related to this, let us know. Any additional information could help point us in the right direction. Thanks, all.

Hi @Dolphinsgal. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are passing on your experience to the Dev team to see what can be done on the accessibility front.

As @Adremal noted, we do have a photosensitive warning outlined in the Terms of Service. That has been outlined below just as a reference point. But we will take player feedback here to the dev team about the visibility of the warning and how it could be improved.

PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING. A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including without limitation light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a computer, television or other screen, or while playing video games, may induce epile...

Hey @Destai. I think that is a fair question.

Currently, we are not specifically going through and closing threads by a certain date. Hence the thought behind an auto-close function. Rather, closing a thread currently depends on the thread topic's benefit to the community and the time between activity, when determining if it should be closed. (There are exceptions to this and are addressed individually.) But for a rough estimate number, about a year of inactivity would warrant a thread to be closed. Again, we want to stress that this is not a strict rule, as many of these situations could change depending on context of the conversation.

@amapola76 Yes, we are considering everyone's feedback here. To be clear, no decisions have been made. It's just something that has been on the idea board, hence why your feedback is important here. Plus, there are a few other items that need to be addressed first. Just wanted to chime in with thoughts since someone brought up t... Read more

Quick follow up, here. Our dev team is aware of this issue and looking into possible solutions. Two things would be helpful here.

1. What platform are you playing on?
2. If you have previously submitted a ticket for this, please let us know what that ticket number is. That way, we can send those over for any additional information the team may need. Thank you.

Hi All. Just checked in with the team. This is not fixed yet on both PC and Console. However, the goal is to have a fix soon. We haven't gotten ETA on when the fix will be ready for live just yet. But it is actively being worked on. We will update when we have a fix on the way.

Hi @definitelygee. Didn't see your previous tags there. Apologies for the delay there.

Support is not able to grant achievements to accounts at this time. However, it is a tool actively being worked on to address issues like this. Nothing more specific to share regarding that for the time being. The best course of action for now is to submit a bug for this so that there is a running record of this being a problem for players.

As for information or details, if there were any abnormalities noticed during the encounter (big or small), that would be good to know. This would help in pinpointing a root cause for the issue.

Hey @SimonThesis. Thanks for the feedback. We have been considering the pros and cons of potentially implementing something like this. Having feedback like this is helpful as we consider if a feature like this helpful to the community and our moderators. Appreciate you bringing this up and thoughts from others on whether players support this or not. We'll keep an eye on this thread for more feedback on this potential feature.

@Serenez, thanks for the questions. This is a regular Undaunted Reward box for the event, not to be confused with the Glorious Undaunted Reward Box. Bolgrul's delve quest will not grant event tickets.

@wtlonewolf20, the reward boxes for the event do not contain Transmute Crystals.

Hi All, thanks for the ping. We have shared your feedback with our housing team and the team has identified the issue. Currently, the wall plan is mixed in with the general drops for the zone, rather than coming from the dailies that award the rest of the structural pieces. This is making it harder for players to find the wall plan than intended.

So to clarify some of the questions, the Praxis: Leyawiin Wall, Castle is in game and obtainable, but not dropping as intended. The team is working on correcting this and we'll update once we have more information. Thanks again for your patience.

Hey @Darkmage1337. We are working on a solution for this issue. The problem has been identified and is actively being worked on to resolve as soon as possible.

However, the work around others in the thread works while we are fixing the issue:

Load the armory build - the CP is empty but everything else loads

respend your CP where you want it

Save over your existing armory build and the build is fixed going forward
Hi All. As stated earlier this week, we have a core Overland Feedback Thread that exists for this kind of conversation. Please place your thoughts and feedback in the thread here, rather than making a new thread discussing the same topic. For those engaging in this thread, please keep the conversation civil. Keep the forum rules top of mind here.

We are closing this thread and players are free to continue sharing their thoughts in the linked thread. Thanks.

Hi, @BigDanT. Just wanted to add some clarifying info.

When swapping to a build that doesn't have vamp, it will cure it. (i.e. - remove it) However, when you swap back to a build that has it, you will get it back without wiping your progress in the skill line.

Also just to clarify, curing vampirism or werewolf never reset your progress in earlier updates, so no risk there.
