Hi everyone! For those who participated in the event ticket gifting promotion during the Anniversary Jubilee, we will be granting your 4 Ragebound Crown Crates this week. For those playing on PC, your crates were granted during today’s maintenance (April 24). For those playing on console, your crates will be granted during Wednesday’s maintenance (April 26). Granted Ragebound Crown Crates will be found in your Crown Crate section.

If you believe you should have gotten crates for participating but did not, please place a ticket in with Customer Service. Thanks all!

Hello Everyone,

We wanted to share a maintenance update on our ongoing hardware refresh work. The work on PS EU will be starting late this evening on April 17 and end in the afternoon on April 18. Scheduled times are April 17 at 8:00 PM EDT to April 18 at 12:00 PM EDT (12:00 AM UTC to 4:00 PM UTC on April 18). Once the maintenance is complete, we will monitor the PS EU server performance.

Calling all of Tamriel's Interior Designers! As we're working our way to the launch of Necrom, we're making a call out to the housing community to show us your take on a shrine for our very own Hermaeus Mora. Do you have a room befitting the Daedric Prince of Knowledge? Can you make a space worthy for Mora to lay his tentacles after a long day of reading? If you've got what it takes to build the ultimate Hermaeus Mora shrine, we want to see your creations! We'll be highlighting some in a blog post in the coming weeks as well. To be considered for the blog, please post your shrines by April 20th at 10am ET.

To participate, simply take some screenshots of Mora-themed shrine, and submit them in this thread with your character name and a brief description of your creation. Thanks and we're looking forward to seeing your submissions!

Hi all, just wanted to follow up here. We checked with the team and they have found and fixed this issue for this. However, it will not be available until the incremental update for the week of April 24. For now, please keep the parts and you'll be able to redeem them with the assistant after the incremental.

We also wanted to provide an update on the issue where Crown Crates are not currently giftable in-game on PC. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix that we hope to roll out in the next couple weeks. We appreciate everyone's patience. Once we have a date for the fix, or if it will take longer than a couple weeks, we will let you know.

Hi all. Have an update here. We're working on a fix and have identified the issue is sprinting while the Ultimate is active. So you should avoid this until we have a chance to fix it. We are aiming to have a fix for the April 24 incremental. We'll update if anything changes there. Thanks all.

The new hairstyle is mostly fine on males, but aside from being extremely wide on females since it apparently welds itself to the furthest part of the shoulder, it also looks terrible on female orcs and doesn't play nice with some personalities, like the duchess personality. This issue seems to be directly linked with ear rotation on your character. Feel free to drop pictures if you have any, I know a lot of people have been dealing with this issue.

Hi All. Thanks for the pings in this thread. Wanted to follow up on this issue. Currently 5 Ragebound Crate items not converting into gems. This is not intended. We have let our teams know and they are working on a fix for this. Only the following items are affected, and are not providing a gem breakdown value as intended:

[*] Legendary Reward: Crown Crafting Motif 55: Dreadhorn Style - 33 gem value

[*] Epic Reward: Reach Chandelier, Hagraven - 13 gem value
[*] Epic Reward: Rite of the Harrowforged - 13 gem value

As for right now, unopened crates will be fixed if you leave them unopened until after the fix is live. Once the fix is available, when you get duplicate of the above mentioned crate items, you'll get the intended gem conversion.
