Hello, welcome to "R6 Community Discusses"!

Jojo is correct, the system works this way to prevent players from simply disconnecting their network purposely and avoiding losses. That being said, I will still pass forward your feedback on this so the team can see the full impact. .

You'll have to purchase a copy of the game on each platform that you wish to play. You can use the same Uplay account but you will need to purchase a copy for both platforms.

We currently do not have colorblind settings, but I will be sharing this thread to show there is a desire for such settings in the community! Thank you guys for sharing feedback on this!

Do you have any video/pictures of what the screen looks like when attempting the purchase?

You can submit a ticket for the Support Team HERE, they will be able to help you troubleshoot this issue and hopefully find a fix for you. (Include as many details as possible, including any photos/videos)

Hi guys,

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Some users have found that restarting their Uplay Client/System fixed the issue.
For Xbox1 players we suggest clearing your Xbox Cache and restarting the game. (Cache Clear walkthrough)
