Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place, but as i could not find any help on the support page, this is my only way. I have a beta key for Siege and I am pumped to play, how ever the email account that my Uplay is connected to no longer exists. Is there anyway to change my email? the usual way does not work as it sends an email that i cannot access.

The quickest and easiest way to resolve this issue would be to call our Technical Support team, who should be able to help you with changing your email address. You can find more information on how to call them HERE.

Hey Zmanxtreme and welcome to the forums.

The best thing to do in this situation would be to go directly to support so that they can help with your email issue. If you can provide your ticket number, I can see about getting this ticket looked into for you.

Additionally, no information has been emailed out yet, so once your email address has been changed, you should still receive your information in time .

Hi Wasp_0127! You can private message Ubisoft Support on Facebook or DM them on Twitter with your old email address and proof of your identity, and they may be able to change your email manually. Another option is creating a new account and going to https://support.ubi.com . This would also need proof that your old account belonged to you. Thank you!

It may be that the email on your account is not the one you expect. I recommend that you reach out in a private message with your username and the expected email on the account.
