  1. We don't have any plans to change the scouting hotkeys at this time.
  2. Nope, we haven't had a chance yet to return to the idea of showing items in UI instead of in world space. The problem we still need to solve is how to make scouting opponent items not just functional, but actually easy and intuitive. We might end up revamping scouting itself in order to get this right, and if we can't arrive at a good solution, we probably won't move items into UI.

Yup, we are working on the design right now! The idea is to add more information to the trait tracker, in the form of additional tooltips. I can't promise a patch when it'll arrive, but we want to make this happen as soon as we can.

Aside from that, a longer term solution would be to expand the Team Planner (seen only on mobile) into a fuller-featured in-game wiki. This isn't something we are actively working on since it would be a pretty large body of work, but if this is something you all are very interested in, it would be really helpful to let us know!

You're exactly right! Thanks for making this point.

For a long time, I've very much wanted to turn on champ inspect in the carousel, but right-click (and tap on mobile) is an overloaded action in shared draft. It's move AND inspect. We have spiked this before internally, and it wasn't too bad on mobile, but it felt a bit weird on PC because the champ inspect card moves in a circle along with the champ, and trying to hover the item icon of a moving target wasn't great. I think we have more work to do before we can ship a good solution.

Hey Lighirit, thanks for the suggestion. I hate having to memorize spat recipes too, especially now that half of them are connected to Shadow components. (THE PAIN IS REAL) So what's our excuse? Well we were working so hard on Set 5 and the Armory that we didn't have time to get to these polish elements. Thanks for letting us know that this is important to you!

The bad news: We probably won't make this exact change that you're suggesting. Like anything in design, there's always tradeoffs. The design you're sharing here is certainly clear and functional, but it makes that trade against aesthetics and consistency. The hierarchy isn't quite right either; stuff at the top of a tooltip really has to earn a place there.

The kinda good news: All of this to say, I have a plan to solve this in game, but I can't share it with you yet until our team has committed to shipping it.

The pretty good news (?): We are working on some additional material to post online, in ho...

Haha, thank you too! I'm honestly really glad you posted so I could see it. There's a lot of little quality of life things we'd like to do, but actual requests from players make it easier to prioritize some things above others.

Hey Impostor1089, thanks for the feedback. I've added this to my list of UX things to do. I can't promise when it will be in the game, but I'll get the ball rolling and hopefully our team has a chance to address it very soon.

We have added this info to Chosen tooltip, and unless there's a serious bug or issue, it will go out in the next patch!

We're aware of the issue, and it should be fixed in the next patch. Sorry about that!

I'm not sure what you're seeing because I've never encountered that issue before. Please report the bug (instructions here) and include as many details as you can.

Sorry for the oversight! It's a bug. We'll get it fixed in the next patch. (Edit - this may have to wait until patch 10.21, since we are already wrapping up 10.20 in a couple of days.)

In the store it would not show update, just open, implying that the app is updated. However in last patch I didn’t have xerath or changed values according to patch notes and this patch the same happened, except this time I was locked out of the ranked queue entirely (last time I wasn’t at that felt very weird as everyone else was patched)

As for ingame chat I’d use it and probably others. You are underestimating us who play on phones hah One line to show new messages and expand narrow window over synrgies and items, it doesn’t have to take the whole screen.

I’ll try to send the ticket tomorrow (2Am for me now) and I’ll include real ...

Ahh I gotcha. So the app actually has to update from the App Store whenever we push a major update (that's why crossplay is down for a while). You have to update from the App Store, and then after you open the game again, it'll download a little extra content from inside the app itself with the patcher. If your phone allows apps to update in the background, then you'll only see the in-app patcher prompt. I'm at a loss to explain what could cause the issue with the App Store not updating for you. (Make sure you have enough space on your phone?) Please send us a support ticket if you see this problem again.

You may not have seen Xerath in the Team Planner because he was left out by accident, but you should have seen him in the game.

Ranked is disabled for about 90mins before the PC release goes out, so you may have run into that time window.

In-game chat would take up your entire screen while typing, because mobile keyboards occupy at last half the sc...

My game actually didn’t want to update until I manually deleted and reinstalled the app.

App store showed correct version ans everyone around me and online updated their the mobile version.

Now it happened again. App even showed me “New version is out make sure you have the newest version to enable crossplay with PC” or something of a sort. I rebooted the app didn’t update. Went to atore and sure enough it switched from 10.8.3.numbers to 10.9.numbers and I had to reinstall again and then game prompted me with a small 70mb or so update after initial 500Mb download.

Also since you are here and responded, 2 more things

First: Often I’ll connect to game in 2 seconds and have free first carousel pick along with no one connecting for whole creep round

So let me get this right: were you expecting the TFT app to patch itself from 10.8 to 10.9 from inside the app? Or, did you go to the App Store and tap "Update" but it didn't work? What happened instead? (If you have time, it would help if you could fill out a player support ticket, so we can capture all the details. https://support-teamfighttactics.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040986934)

As for the second issue with carousel: we are aware of that and working as hard as we can to figure out a fix!

We're always thinking of ways we could make the game more social, especially when it comes to in-game comms. We're still pretty far away from being able to share more about that right now, but it's something we really want to keep driving f...

Mobile will always be a day or so behind the PC patch, because it takes more time to propagate through the Android and iOS Store.

I can't promise when this will go out, but we are working on improvements to dragging champs and items, which should feel better both on mobile and PC.

Right now, TFT mobile isn't optimized for tablets. Newer iPads can play in "phone mode." I'll look into why the Google Play listing doesn't have a flag for recommended devices.

You can change your loadout in the Lobby, right before you go into game. Tap the area with your Little Legend and arena pictured (there's a grid icon in the center). From there, you can change your Little Legend, Arena skin, Emotes, and Booms.
