Which is the response the halo community is TIRED OF.
Little bit yes, little bit no. I totally understand that it's not the most ideal thing to hear.
If there's a genuine issue, posting here is not going to get the issue to the people that need to know about it. Our Halo Support team is working hard in the background to collect all the information, triage the issues, and make sure they're passing all the reported issues to the proper teams.
But an "issues tracker" is just our dev teams taking a look at all the things that need to be worked on/improved/corrected/updated and then triaging them into and order of priority. They can't do that with an issue like this if it's not reported and we aren't getting reports of it.

I have always had a hunch that a regular human would get pretty messed up by using a Gravity Hammer because of the gravity explosion happening right in front of your face lol

I'm not sure what setting I need to change in the privacy section on the desktop? I dont have any kids so I wouldn't think I'd have that setting on, but I cant find any setting that says allow or block in game chat
Go to your Xbox account settings here and then check "Privacy & online safety" in the bar on the left. (Naturally making sure you're signed in with the account you're playing with.)
Then if you scroll down a little bit there's a setting that's called "You can communicate with voice, text, or invites" and you want to make sure that's set to Everyone.
If you're still not hearing people, I'd hit up Halo Support and see if they have any other suggestions because I'm all out. Good luck!

And have you checked your Xbox account privacy settings to make sure those allow for chatter with others?

I did absolutely nothing to warrant them both to ram into me, in the first team kill it was in the first 10 seconds of the game.
If I'm standing still on the clips, its because I'm replying to teammates saying I'm "throwing" when in fact it's because I'm being team killed.

We actually have a replica Grav Hammer at the office, in size and weight. It's from one of those blacksmith shows - Man at Arms maybe?
This is how I know that I am too smol to properly wield this weapon. Lol.
Grav hammer would be cool but it's very large and very heavy and I am very smol so gets a 1/10 for practicality.

As far as feedback goes, here and Halo Waypoint Forums would be your best bet! We do read, we don't always respond or engage but people are reading.
Waypoint will generally get some dedicated feedback threads on request of some teams and those are absolutely read by people!
