Hey y'all, I believe this should be resolved. Can you re-start your game and see if you're able to switch?

Hey y'all -

We believe the hiccup causing Zodiac River and Citrus Ink coatings to not show up for your Razorback has been corrected.

Could you check and let me know if you're able to resume riding in style please?

Hey y'all, we believe this was fixed. Could you give it a look and let me know?

Fair enough - that's about the extent of what I can recommend trying. The only other thing I can think to try before reaching out to Support would be maybe trying to buy them via the Xbox web store.

Either way, if you're able to let our Support team know, that'd be beneficial for us to have information to work with.

Taking a quick look around, looks like Down Detector is reflecting some possible Steam issues. Would recommend keeping an eye on that and/or trying again in a bit.

Hmm, Halo Waypoint is still loading for me.

A few options I'd love you to try:

  • Clearing cookies/cache and trying again
  • Incognito browsing
  • Different browser

Let me know if any of that worked!

Hmm that doesn't sound ideal. Could y'all give Halo Support a heads up so they can track/get info on this?

Hey! Are you still running into this? And when you say "restarted the game" do you mean via the Xbox nexus > Hamburger button > Quit flow or did you just go to the dashboard and back?

Also, if you're still seeing the title in Quick Resume, be sure to remove it from there before relaunching.

If, after that, you are still running into a blocker, can you hit up Halo Support so they can gather more info than I can? It'd be massively helpful.

It's certainly possible.

To find your ring info on console, you can go to:

My games & apps > Xbox Insider Hub > Previews > Joined > Xbox Update Preview > Manage > Should tell you what ring you're in!

If I had to guess, I'm going to guess that you're in Xbox Update Preview Alpha Skip-Ahead.

Can you submit a ticket with Halo Support and let them know that you're experiencing this issue, that you're part of the Preview Program, and specifically identify what ring you're in?

Thank you for circling back!

Hey there, if you are still running into issues, even after quitting your game and starting over, can you flag this issue to Halo Support so they can investigate please?

Question, are you in the Xbox Preview Program by any chance? And if so, do you know what ring you're in?

Comment

Hey OP, could you shoot our Support team a ticket about this? It's super helpful for us to have all that info in one place.

Hey there. I don't promise to have answers but I just wanted to put some thoughts here to see if anything helps. Also, I'm assuming you are on PC with these thoughts.

  • Are you above minspec for all the requirements?
  • Have you tried reinstalling to a different drive?
  • Or just reinstalling in general?
  • Have you tried playing in Microsoft Store instead of Steam? (or vice versa if you're already on MSStore. It's F2P so you lose nothing by trying on the other PC offering store front!)
  • Can you try using a different Xbox account?

If you're on Xbox, some thoughts here:

  • Can you swap drives (if playing off of an external)?
  • Can you reinstall?
  • Can you t...

I am officially out of my depths as not a Support agent. You could submit a ticket with them and see if they have any thoughts or info I am not aware of! :)

I am, unfortunately. I tried reinstalling the game, but no luck. I'm currently reinstalling the game to a different drive to see if that has an effect.

Gotcha.

Can you try this workaround maybe? You want to remove all files from the following directories. They can be backed up elsewhere on your machine if desired:

C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Temporary\UserContent\Halo3\Map

C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Temporary\UserContent\Halo3\GameType

C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\LocalFiles*\Halo3\Map

C:\Users[username]\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\LocalFiles*\Halo3\GameType

Those are the temporary and saved locations for Halo 3 map and game variants respectively. I strongly encourage you to back up your saved (LocalFiles) variants so you don't lose your UGC.

If that doesn't work, do submit a ticket to our Halo Support team so they can track it.

Hey Nova,

If you haven't yet, try verifying the integrity of your files to see if that helps. And if not, could you send your info along to Halo Support so they can take note of it and see if they have any other alternatives/suggestions?
